Zusammenfassung:Provided are an electronic device (100) and a battery pack housing structure capable of housing a battery pack (10, 10') without use of a contour width of the battery pack (10, 10') for positioning. The battery pack housing structure according to this invention, which is used for an electronic device (100) including a housing portion (110,110') for housing a battery pack (10, 10'), includes: the battery pack (10, 10') including a battery-pack lower-surface protruding portion (12a, 12b, 12c) protruding from a lower surface of the battery pack (10, 10'); and the housing portion (110,11O') including a housing-portion bottom-surface groove portion (112a,112b,112c), which is formed in a bottom surface of the housing portion (110,110') and capable of being fitted to the battery-pack lower-surface protruding portion (12a, 12b, 12c), in which, when the battery-pack lower-surface protruding portion (12a, 12b, 12c) and the housing-portion bottom-surface groove portion (112a,112b,112c) are fitted to each other, relative positions of connection terminals (13) of the battery pack (10, 10') and connection terminals (113) of the housing portion (110,110') are set, and in which the relative positions are positions in a terminal connection direction in which the connection terminals (13) of the battery pack (10, 10') and the connection terminals (113) of the housing portion (110,110') are connected to each other.
