SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A DYNAMIC EMPLOYEE ATTENDANCE STATUS

The system and method of the present invention provides a dynamic employee attendance status whereby it is able to provide real-time current location of each employee, attendance of the employee in an organization and able to provide a dynamic attendance report by interaction of three modules (i.e. Employee Status Module, Seamless Module and Attendance Analysis Report Module) with the existing and related data (i.e. leave data, training data, travel application data and turnstile data). The present invention for tracking location of employee and providing employee attendance report comprising a plurality of users (102) which includes employee's Manager, Human Resource personnel and any other user of said system; a system interface (104); an attendance agent platform (106); and a plurality of applications which includes a travel application platform (108, 202), a leave system platform (110, 206), a training system platform (112, 204), an employee details platform (114, 208) and a turnstile system platform (116, 210).
