Zusammenfassung:	[Object] To provide a coated steel sheet (10) having both enhanced thermal resistance and antifouling properties, and a member for cooking devices including the coated steel sheet (10). [Solving Means] This coated steel sheet (10) is configured such that a steel sheet (11) and a coating film (14) are laminated in this order. The coating film (14) contains a polyimide (141) and a cured silicone (144). The area occupancy of the cured silicone (144) in the surface of the coating film (14) is 5% or more. FIG. 1
