HYBRID RAILWAY VEHICLE

A hybrid railway vehicle, comprising a vehicle body (1), an internal combustion generator set (2) and an ultracapacitor module (3) for providing hybrid power for the railway vehicle, a rectifier (4), and a converter (5). The internal combustion generator set (2), the ultracapacitor (3), the rectifier (4), and the converter (5) are all disposed at the bottom of a floor (11) of the vehicle body (1). At least one ventilation device (6) is provided in the vehicle body (1). The ultracapacitor module (3) is provided with air inlets (31) the number of which is equal to the number of ventilation devices (6), and the air inlet (31) is in communication with the ventilation device (6). During equipment overhaul and maintenance, maintenance personnel do not need to climb high, climb auxiliary equipment is not needed, and the maintenance personnel can directly go below the vehicle body for maintenance, thereby facilitating maintenance of the power equipment, improving the maintenance efficiency, and reducing the maintenance costs. Moreover, the ventilation device provides good ventilation and heat dissipation for the ultracapacitor module (3).
