Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for producing battery anode material from a wastewater, characterized by the steps of reacting the wastewater with an organic acid solution comprising oxalic acid to obtain a plurality of precipitates; separating the plurality of precipitate from the wastewater; purifying the plurality of precipitate; drying the plurality of precipitate; mixing the plurality of precipitate with conductive additive and polybinder to form a uniform slurry; and casting the uniform slurry into an electroconductive foil to form the battery anode.
