Each of the plurality of rubber parts (104) is sandwiched between the square parts (202) of at least two adjacent pluralities of metal parts (102) and the rectangular arm (204) of each of the plurality of metal parts (102) is orthogonally coupled with the plurality of connection plates (106) by a coupling means.
