Isolated nucleic acid molecules encoding monoclonal antibodies that bind TFPI are also contemplated. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising the anti-TFPI monoclonal antibodies and methods of treating deficiencies or defects in coagulation by administration of the antibodies are also provided.
