The at least one dog (26) is positionable perimetrically adjacent to at least one tab, subsequent displacement into the recess (30) to radially overlap with the sleeve (14) sufficiently to move the sleeve (14) relative to the tubular (18) upon movement of the movable member (22) relative to the tubular (18).
