| Zusammenfassung: | A sanitary napkin 1 includes a topsheet 2, a backsheet 3, and an absorbent core 43 containing an absorbent polymer 41 interposed between the topsheet 2 and the backsheet 3. The napkin 1 contains a metal ion sequestering agent 10 and is washable with water after use to remove blood adhering thereto. The napkin 1 contains, as the absorbent polymer 41, 5 to 50 g/m2 of a superabsorbent polymer having an absorption capacity of 20 gig or more and a vortex time of less than 25 seconds. The napkin 1 contains 200 to 2000 parts by mass of the metal ion sequestering agent 10 per 100 parts by mass of the absorbent polymer. When the napkin I is soaked in 500 ml of ion exchanged water at 25?C and pH 6.5 for 30 minutes, the resultant ion exchanged water shows a pH of 6.5 or higher. |
