Zusammenfassung:A method for reconstructing solid models from a given 2D line drawing, and representing the reconstructed solid models in measurable form, characterized in that the method includes: a) setting an input data (101) which is an engineering sketch of 2D line drawing that represents solid model (103) on graph paper-;- by defining a (x, y) -coordinates of the sketch for each point; b) developing neural network model (105) by using back propagation as the learning algorithm to derive the depth values of the solid model (103); c) redefining the (x,y, z)_ coordinates of each point; d) performing the mathematical modeling process-;- by substitutes the (x, y, z)-coordinates values of each into a plane equation, and gather the equation belonged to each plane of the solid; wherein the input data (101) is the output data from the reconstructed solid models from the 2D line drawing by deriving the depth values; wherein the 2D line drawing by deriving the depth values is started with a cube such that the mathematical modeling process are employed and combined with the complete (x, y, z) - coordinates to represent the reconstructed solid; and wherein the plane equation: Ax+ By+ Cz + D = O is used and to be generated for each plane by using determined rules or Gauss-Jordan method.
