Zusammenfassung:	An adhesive sheet comprising a sheet-like base material and a heat-sensitive adhesive layer is provided as an adhesive sheet which can be appropriately adhered to a plasticized vinyl chloride resin article as an adherent even if the heat-sealing is performed at a low temperature and in which the lifting or delamination of the adhesive sheet and the flowing out of the adhesive from an end portion of the adhesive sheet area suppressed even if an autoclave treatment is performed for the above article to which the sheet is adhered. The heat-sensitive adhesive layer is formed using a heat-sensitive adhesive composition that contains a polyester-based resin and a crosslinking agent, and the heat-sensitive adhesive layer includes a cross-linked structure that is based on these components. The polyester-based resin contains an amorphous polyester resin having a glass transition temperature of -30?C or higher and 7?C or lower in an amount of 80 mass% or more relative to the whole polyester-based resin.
