[MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS] A method for producing a layered photosensitive resin product having a base material sheet and a photosensitive layer laminated on the base material sheet, the method comprising a defoaming step of subjecting a photosensitive composition containing a binder, a monomer, a photopolymerization initiator and a solvent to reduced-pressure defoaming at a decompression degree of -100 to -1- kPa to foam a coating liquid, a coating step of coating the coating liquid on the base material sheet to form a coating layer, and a drying step of drying the coating layer to form the photosensitive layer.
