THE PARTICULATE MATERIAL TRANSITIONS FROM A FIRST ACCUMULATED CONDITION TO A FREE OR RELEASED CONDITION WHEN A TRIGGERING CONDITION IS SATISFIED WITHOUT REQUIRING USER OR OPERATOR INTERVENTION.
