Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a method to extend the life of the AL7075-T6 Aluminium alloy in aircraft engines, fuselage and automobile parts. This will extend the life of the entire system and delay the need for repair contributing to a smoother and more efficient performance with low maintenance cost, thereby providing broad benefit to fuselage and automobile industry. AL7075-T6 aluminium alloy is classified as aluminium alloy that is unable to undergone hard anodizing process. However, the present invention developed a method by using magnetron sputtering technique to generate possibility for hard anodizing performance onto the AL7075-T6 aluminium alloy. In the present invention, the most important parameter conditions of magnetron sputtering machine for pure aluminium coating have been selected and the optimum parameters combination was obtained for the best adhesion strength of coating on AL7075-T6 aluminium alloy. Then, followed by the hard anodized coating on pure aluminium coated AL7075-T6 aluminium alloy. |
