THE PULSE WIDTH MODULATOR (30) IS CONFIGURED TO PRODUCE PULSE WIDTH MODULATION PROPORTIONAL TO THE PHASE DIFFERENCE OF SIGNALS BETWEEN A SENSOR AND A REFERENCE SIGNAL. THE PULSE WIDTH MODULATION IS THEN CONVERTED TO DC SIGNAL, SAID DC SIGNAL HAVING AN AMPLITUDE PROPORTIONAL TO PULSE WIDTH MODULATION.
