IN DRY SEPARATION, THE CRYSTALLIZATION/PRESS-FILTERING PROCESS IS DIVIDED INTO MULTIPLE STEPS AND REPEATED, TO CONCENTRATE THE SUS IN EACH CRYSTAL FRACTION AND YIELD SUS-RICH OIL AND FAT.
