This invention describes a new simple process for producing carbon nanotubes from renewable resources. It uses simple technology for generating carbon nanotubes. It can be considered environmentally friendly since it uses agricultural waste shells. It also shows that this process can be used for industry since the technology is simple and the energy required is not high.
