Zusammenfassung:A Method For Fabricating Polymer bonded NdFeB Permanent Magnet The present invention describes a method for fabricating polymer bonded NdFeB permanent magnet wherein said method does not include application of pressure. Said method includes the steps of: (a) mixing polymer base binder material and magnetic powder or melt-spun ribbon to form a pasty light mixture; (b) casting the said mixture directly into a glass or metal mould; (c) leaving the said mixture to cure at the glass temperature of the polymer base binder material or at room temperature until the said mixture solidifies; and, (d) magnetizing the resultant said mixture to form the NdFeB permanent magnet.
