IN THE METHOD, THE MINERAL PARTICLES WHICH ARE TO BE SEPARATED ARE PASSED THROUGH A SHARPLY NON-HOMOGENOUS ELECTRICAL FIELD. PARTICLES WITH DIFFERENT DIELECTRIC AND/OR ELECTROPHYSICAL PROPERTIES ARE SUBJECTED TO DIFFERENT FORCES WHICH SEPARATE THEM SPATIALLY.
