THE TUBULAR BEARING (20) IS FORMED WITH A DIAMETER HOLE (22) OF A LENGTH TO ALLOW THE ROTATION SHAFT (30, 40) TO BE INSERTED ALONG THE LENGTH DIRECTION. IT IS ALSO FORMED WITH A RECTANGULAR FIXING PEDESTAL (24) FOR STABLE ATTACHMENT TO A MACHINE USING THE GREASE DAMPER (10). THE ROTATION SHAFT (30, 40) IS FORMED IN THE LENGTH DIRECTION WITH A PAIR OF I CUTS (32A, 32B) WHICH ARE ALMOST THE SAME IN LENGTH. THE I CUTS (32A, 32B) ARE FORMED IN DIFFERENT ORIENTATION AT 90O WITH A RING-LIKE GROOVE (34) BETWEEN. THE I CUTS (32A, 32B) AND THE GROOVE (34) DEFINE A GREASE PASSAGE. THE ROTATION SHAFT (30, 40) IS ALSO FORMED ON THE OPENING SIDE WITH A RING-LIKE GREASE POOL (36) FOR ABSORBING VARIATIONS IN GREASE AMOUNTS.FIGURE 1 |
