THE FIRST AND SECOND COAT FILMS ARE SINTERED AT THE SAME TIME. THUS, A CONDUCTIVE ANTI-REFLECTION FILM (8) WITH SUFFICIENTLY LOW SURFACE RESISTANCE, EXCELLENT WATER RESISTANCE AND CHEMICAL RESISTANCE, AND REDUCED REFLECTED LIGHT CAN BE OBTAINED.
