AN IGNITION UNIT (16) IS PROVIDED WITH A STALLING ENGINE SPEED DETECTOR (9) THAT DETECTS THE INCREASE OF THE ENGINE SPEED. OF THE ENGINE (7) TO AN ENGINE SPEED AT WHICH THE AUTOMATIC CENTRIFUGAL CLUTCH (8) IS ENGAGED.
