PORCINE FLOOR MAT HEATER

The present invention refers to a thermal floor mat for providing heat to piglets, so as to prevent them from dying due to cold temperatures or pressed by their mother, thus maintaining a room temperature of from about 30 degree C to about 50 degree C. The mat is based on a heating resistance using a basic power consumption of 60 watts, thereby reducing up to fifty percent the energy consumption compared to the state-of-the-art heaters currently available on the market. The inventive mat includes 7 different-material layers, which provide a high durability, and a low production and operation cost to the product, as well as ease of handling, transporting and cleaning characteristics. La presente invencion es un tapete termico que tiene por objeto dar calor a los lechones para evitar su muerte por frio o al ser prensados por la madre, manteniendo una temperatura ambiente alrededor de los lechones entre 30 y 35 grados centigrados que funciona con base en resistencias calefactoras que utilizan un consumo basico de energia electrica de 60 wats, lo que reduce hasta en un cincuenta por ciento el consumo de energia que tienen otros productos existentes en el mercado; el tapete esta conformado por 7 capas de distintos materiales, las que le permiten gran durabilidad, un costo pequeno de produccion y de operacion, y ademas posee caracteristicas de facil manejo, facil traslado, y facil limpieza.
