COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR TREATING PATHOLOGICAL INFECTIONS

The present invention relates to compositions and methods for treating pathological infections. An embodiment of the present invention is directed to a topical composition useful for the treatment of yeast, fungal or bacterial infections of a patient in need of such treatment which includes a pharmaceutically effective amount of an anti-yeast, anti-fungal or antibacterial pharmaceutically active agent; and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. La presente invencion se refiere a composiciones y metodos para tratar infecciones patogenas; una realizacion de la presente invencion esta dirigida a una composicion topica util para el tratamiento de infecciones por levaduras, fungicas o bacterianas de un paciente que necesita de tal tratamiento que incluye una cantidad farmaceuticamente activo anti-levadura, anti-fungico o antibacteriano, y un vehiculo farmaceuticamente aceptable.
