Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method and a device for producing individual pieces of the airbag of an airbag system, consisting of a fabric that is coated with silicon. According to said method, the contours of the individual pieces to be produced are successively cut in a cutting station from a fabric web. Said individual pieces are selectively coated in a coating station (8), in a step of a screen printing method and the coated individual pieces are then subjected to a thermal treatment in a heating station in order to be cross-linked. The advantage of said method in comparison to prior art is that there is less wastage of the relatively expensive silicon and that the waste products are more uniform and easier to treat in waste disposal terms, as they consist only of uncoated fabric. Un procedimiento para fabricar piezas individuales del saco de aire de un sistema de airbag constituidas por telas revestidas de silicona se caracteriza porque se cortan sucesivamente de una banda de tela en una estacion de corte a medida los contornos de las piezas individuales que han de fabricarse, revistiendose selectivamente estas piezas individuales en una estacion de revestimiento (8) en un paso aplicado a la manera del procedimiento de serigrafia y sometiendose seguidamente las piezas individuales revestidas a un tratamiento termico en una estacion de calentamiento con miras a la reticulacion de las mismas. Frente al estado de la tecnica existente, se obtiene la ventaja de menores perdidas de silicona relativamente cara y de materiales de desecho homogeneos y mas sencillos de tratar por tecnicas de eliminacion de residuos, ya que se componen unicamente de tela no revestida.
