Zusammenfassung:	To provide a polymer having a specific parameter value with a very narrow molecular weight distribution different from the conventional copolymers despite of a polymer having a polyoxyalkylene chain, and an excellent dispersant for inorganic powders, particularly a cement addmixture. The polymer (P) in the present invention is containing a constitutional unit derived from a polyoxyalkylene chain, and satisfying a range of PD value defined as the following mathematical formula 1: 1 < PD < MD wherein PD = Mw/Mn, MD = G (n) Mw + H (n). Para proporcionar un polimero que tiene un valor de parametro especifico con una distribucion de peso molecular muy estrecha diferente de los copolimeros convencionales pese a que el polimero tiene una cadena polioxialquileno y un excelente dispersante para polvos inorganicos, particularmente una mezcla de cemento. El polimero (P) en la presente invencion contiene una unidad constitutiva derivada de una cadena de polioxialquileno y que satisface un intervalo de valor PD definido como la siguiente formula matematica 1: 1
