Zusammenfassung: | Composition characterized for being constituted of molecules identified as diterpenic labdanes that are obtained from a valuable plant species from Andrographis paniculata, dried herb by a special process of extraction, for the treatment of autoimmune other immunological diseases in human's beings and animals, exhibiting a low toxicity and absence of significant side effects. Likewise, the new composition is useful for preparing a pharmaceutical composition useful for preventing and treating Alzheimer's disease. The composition inhibits the synthesis of pro-inflammatory cytokines, as a result of activating the PPAR gamma receptor and diminishing the nuclear factor kappa B. In addition, to its own therapeutic features, this new composition solves the inconveniences of the current products, medicines and procedures, that have an important toxicity level and/or cause non desired side effects. The present invention has applications in immunopharmacology, clinical and pre clinical human and veterinary pharmacology, pharmaceutical technology, rheumatology, and clinical immunology, immunotherapy, organ and tissue transplantation, and the immunodefficiency diseases as AIDS.
Composicion caracterizada por estar constituida por moleculas identificadas como labdanos diterpenicos que se obtienen de una especie de planta valiosa de Andrographis paniculata, hierba seca, mediante un proceso especial de extraccion, para el tratamiento de enfermedades autoinmunes y otras enfermedades inmunologicas en los seres humanos y animales, que presenta una toxicidad baja y ausencia de efectos colaterales importantes. Asimismo, la nueva composicion es util para preparar una composicion farmaceutica util para prevenir y tratar la enfermedad de Alzheimer. La composicion inhibe la sintesis de citoquinas pro-inflamatorias, debido a la activacion de receptor PPAR gamma y la disminucion del factor nuclear kappa B. Ademas, en lo que concierne a sus propias caracteristicas terapeuticas, esta nueva composicion resuelve las inconveniencias de los productos, medicinas y procedimientos actuales, que tienen un nivel de toxicidad importante y/o causan efectos colaterales no deseados. La presente invencion tiene aplicaciones en inmunofarmacologia, farmacologia clinica y pre-clinica humana y veterinaria, tecnologia farmaceutica, reumatologia, e inmunologica clinica, inmunoterapia, transplante de organos y tejidos, y las enfermedades de inmunodeficiencia como el SIDA. |
