Zusammenfassung:Systems, methods, and apparatuses are disclosed in which a meter may detect and record transient conditions for a billing period. The transient conditions may be stored in a queue. The meter may then obtain transient conditions that occur during a billing period. One or more transient conditions may be displayed by the meter. The meter may also communicate the transient conditions to a communications system. Se describen sistemas, metodos, y aparatos en los cuales un medidor (10a-n, 50) puede detectar y registrar condiciones transitorias durante un periodo de facturacion.
