Zusammenfassung: | L-threonine or L-isoleucine is produced by culturing a bacterium which belongs to the genus Escherichia and has an ability to produce L-threonine or L-isoleucine, and has a threonine operon of which expression is directed by its native promoter and from which at least a leader sequence and an attenuator are removed so that the attenuation is released, in a medium and collecting the L-threonine or L-isoleucine from the medium.
L-treonina o L-isoleucina se produce mediante el cultivo de una bacteria que pertenece al genero Escherichia y que tiene una capacidad para producir L-treonina o L-isoleucina, y que tiene un operon de treonina cuya expresion se dirige por su promotor nativo y a partir del cual se remueven al menos una secuencia lider y un atenuador de manera que se libera la atenuacion, en un medio y recolectar la L-treonina o L-isoleucina a partir del medio. |
