Zusammenfassung:	The present invention is a feed ration and a method of improving quality of a pork belly by including hydrogenated poultry fat as part of an animal's diet. The hydrogenated poultry fat may have an iodine value of between about 30 and about 60, and may be included in the feed ration on a daily basis during the final phases of the finishing diet. La presente invencion es una racion alimenticia y un metodo para mejorar la calidad de la panza de los cerdos por medio de incluir grasa de aves de corral hidrogenada como parte de una dieta de los animales.
