More particularly, the present invention relates to improved methods for the detection and quantitation of interfering RNA expression. The present invention further provides for the detection of variants and types of miRNAs and siRNAs. La presente invencion se refiere a composiciones y metodos para la deteccion y caracterizacion de ARNs interferentes tales como micro ARNs (miARNs) y pequenos ARNs interferentes (siARNs) y otras moleculas de acido nucleico cortas.
