Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a shut-off fitting (1) for a flowing medium, particularly a slide fitting (2) that is designed for being subjected to the action of pressure on both sides. The inventive shut-off fitting comprises: a fitting housing (3), which forms a flow channel (6) and a slide chamber (11); a blocking element (23), which can block the flow channel (6) and which is provided with an elastomeric lining, and; a slide spindle (16), which passes through a sealing and/or mounting arrangement (14, 15) inside a housing neck extension (12) that delimits the slide chamber (11), and which is rotationally connected with threaded engagement to a spindle nut (19) coupled to the blocking element (23). The blocking element (23) consists of a number of parts, and at least one external dimension (29) of the base body (28) is slightly less than a nominal width (9) of the flow channel (6). Sealing elements (34) that, with an encircling edge bead (35), extend beyond the external dimension (29) are arranged on opposing supporting faces (32) of the base body (28) via a positive connection.
La invencion se refiere a una pieza de obturacion (1) Para un medio de flujo, en especial una pieza de compuerta (29 construida para recibir presion a ambos lados, con un canal de flujo (6) y una camara de compuerta (11) que conforman la estructura de la pieza de obturacion (3) con un elemento de obturacion (23) que puede obturar el canal de flujo (6) y con una junta sellante y/o de soporte (14, 15) que atraviesan la camara de compuerta (11) que limita con una proyeccion del cuello de la estructura (12) y con una tuerca para vastago (19) acoplada al elemento de obturacion (239 por medio del vastago de compuerta unidos (16) por medio de atonillamiento. El elemento de obturacion (23) esta conformado en varias partes y por lo menos una dimension exterior (29) del cuerpo base (28) es ligeramente menor que el ancho nominal (9) del canal de flujo (6), y los elementos sellantes (34) con un reborde reforzado periferico (35) se extienden mas alla de las dimensiones externas (29) estan colocados en superficies de soporte opuestas del cuerpo base (28) por medio de una conexion de union. |
