NOVEL THIOPHENE ACYL HYDRAZINO DERIVATIVES, METHOD FOR PREPARING SAME, USE THEREOF AS MEDICINES, PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS AND NOVEL USE

The invention concerns novel products of formula (I), wherein: R1 represents alkyl or alkoxy substituted in particular by phenyl, by a carbocyclic or heterocyclic radical consisting of condensed cycles or by an amino radical itself optionally substituted; R2 represents in particular alkyl optionally substituted, phenyl optionally substituted in particular by alkoxy or benzyloxy, naphthyl, amino optionally substituted and the radical >=N-O-R8a; R3 and R4 represent in particular hydrogen, hydroxyl, alkyl, alkoxy, or optionally substituted phenyl; R5 and R6 represent in particular hydrogen, hydroxyl, optionally substituted alkyl or alkenyl; R8 represents in particular hydrogen, alkyl or benzyl, said products being in all the isomeric forms and their salts, as medicines. La invencion se refiere a nuevos productos de formula (I): en la que R1 representa alquilo o alcoxi sustituido en particular por fenilo, por un radical carbociclico o heterociclico constituido por ciclos condensados o por el propio radical amino opcionalmente sustituido, R2 representa en particular alquilo opcionalmente sustituido, fenilo opcionalmente sustituido en particular por alcoxi o benciloxi, naftilo, amino opcionalmente sustituido y el radical >=N-O-R8a, R3 y R4 representan en particular hidrogeno, hidroxilo, alquilo o alquenilo opcionalmente sustituidos, R8a representa en particular hidrogeno, alquilo o bencilo, estando estos productos en todas las formas isomeras y las sales, como medicamentos.
