La presente invencion se refiere a derivados sustituidos del acido 5,6,6a,11b-tetrahidro-7-oxa-aza-benzo[c]fluoren-6-carboxilico, asi como procedimientos para su preparacion, medicamentos conteniendo estos compuestos y su uso para la preparacion de medicamentos para determinadas indicaciones, particularmente para el tratamiento de dolor.
