CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND ELEMENT FOR DIMINISHING THE COST AND TIME OF HOUSE CONSTRUCTIONS

The present invention provides a construction method of a house or the like which comprises reinforced concrete walls and ceiling formed over the upper part self-supporting construction elements with rigidity and enough mechanical resistance to support their weight and the weight of said reinforced concrete as well as the predetermined weight loads of such house or construction; said elements have in their lower face a surface of structural support to which it can be adhered a coating material, such as limestone or cement, wherein said method comprises: placing said construction elements over said walls without any additional structure; distributing a concrete layer over said construction elements to form the ceiling or floor of said construction and covering the interior surface of said construction elements using as support said structural surface to provide an esthetic aspect similar to a normal construction thus decreasing the construction cost and time. The invention also disclos es a construction element comprising a laminated material and conformed in such a way that it has by itself enough rigidity and mechanical resistance for supporting its weight and the weight of a concrete layer as well as other additional loads without deformations and a structural support or porous surface for allowing the adherence of a coating to change the appearance or esthetic aspect in one of its sides. Los objetos de la invencion se logran en general proporcionando un metodo de construccion de una vivienda o construccion similar que comprende unas paredes y un techo de concreto armado formado sobre la parte superior de unos elementos de construccion auto-soportantes con rigidez y resistencia mecanica suficiente para soportar su peso y el peso de dicho concreto armado asi como las cargas de peso predeterminadas de acuerdo con el uso de dicha vivienda o construccion, dichos elementos teniendo en su cara inferior una superficie de soporte estructural a la cual puede adherirse un material de recubrimiento, tal como yeso o cemento, donde dicho metodo comprende: colocar dichos elementos de construccion soportandose sobre dichas paredes sin una estructura adicional; distribuir una capa de concreto sobre dichos elementos de construccion para formar el techo o entrepiso de dicha construccion y recubrir la superficie interior de dichos elementos de construccion utilizando como soporte dicha superficie estructural para proporcionar un aspecto estetico similar al de una construcc
