METHOD FOR PRODUCING SYNTHETIC FIBRES FROM A FIBRE FORMING POLYMER BASED MELT BLEND

The invention relates to a method for producing synthetic fibres from a melt blend that is based on fibre forming matrix polymers. According to said method, at least one second amorphous additive polymer is added to the fibre forming matrix polymers, said additive polymer being incompatible with the fibre forming matrix polymer, in a quantity of 0.05 to 5 wt. %, relative to the combined total weight of fibre forming matrix polymer and the additive polymer with which it is incompatible. The method is characterized in that an additive polymer, which can be obtained by multiple initiation, is added. The invention also relates to synthetic fibres obtained by said method and to the further processing of the same. La presente invencion se refiere a un procedimiento para la produccion de hilos sinteticos a partir de una mezcla fundible a base de polimeros de matriz formadores de fibra, procedimiento en el cual se le anade al polimero de matriz formador de fibra por lo menos un segundo polimero aditivo amorfo, el cual es incompatible con el polimero de matriz formador de fibra, en una cantidad de 0.05 % en peso, en relacion con el peso total del polimero de matriz formador de fibra y con este polimero aditivo incompatible, procedimiento que se caracteriza porque se anade un polimero aditivo que es obtenible por iniciacion multiple; ademas, la presente invencion se refiere tambien a los hilos sinteticos obtenibles mediante el procedimiento asi como su procedimiento subsiguiente.
