Zusammenfassung: | There is disclosed a method for preparing a thermoplastic elastomer composition which exhibits improved mechanical properties, said method comprising: (I) reacting, (A) a fluorocarbon resin with, (B) a grafting agent, in the presence of, (C) a radical initiator, to prepare a modified fluorocarbon resin; (II) mixing said modified fluorocarbon resin with (D) a silicone base consisting essentially of a diorganopolysiloxane gum having an average of at least 2 alkenyl radicals in its molecule and a reinforcing filler, (E) an organohydrido silicon compound which contains an average of at least 2 siliconbonded hydrogen groups in its molecule, and (F) a hydrosilation catalyst, components (E) and (F) being present in an amount sufficient to cure said diorganopolysiloxane; and dynamically curing said diorganopolysiloxane.
Se describe un metodo para preparar una composicion de elastomero termoplastico que presenta propiedades mecanicas mejoradas, dicho metodo comprende: (I) hacer reaccionar, (A) una resina de fluorocarbono con, (B) un agente de injerto, en presencia de (C) un iniciador de radicales, para preparar una resina de fluorocarbono modificada; (II) mezclar dicha resina de fluorocarbono modificada con (D) una base de silicon que consiste esencialmente de una goma de diorganopolisiloxano que tiene un promedio de por lo menos dos radicales alquenilo en su molecula y un material de relleno de refuerzo, (E) un compuesto de organohidrido silicio que contiene un promedio de por lo menos dos grupos hidrogeno unidos a silicio en su molecula, y (F) un catalizador de hidrosilacion, estando presentes los componentes (E) y (F) en una cantidad suficiente para curar dicho diorganopolisiloxano; y curar en forma dinamica dicho diorganopolisiloxano. |
