ANTIPSYCHOTIC CYCLIC N-ARALKYL AMINES

The invention concerns antipsychotic compounds of formula (I) wherein: A represents a group selected among the following: -C=C-; -CH=CH-; -CH2-CH2-; n is equal to 1 or 2; X represents a hydrogen, chlorine or fluorine atom, a methyl or methoxy group; Y represents a hydrogen atom or a chlorine or a fluorine atom; R1 represents a cyclohexyl, phenyl, cycloheptyl, tertiary butyl, dicyclopropylmethyl, bicyclo[3.2.1]octanyl, 4-tetrahydropyranyl, 4-tetrahydrothiopyranyl or adamantyle group; R2 and R3 form together with the nitrogen atom whereto they re bound a cyclic amine; and the additive salts of said compounds with pharmaceutically acceptable acids, as well as their solvates and hydrates. La invencion concierne a compuestos antipsicoticos de la formula (1) en donde: A. representa un grupo elegido entre los siguientes: -C?C-; -CH=CH-, -CH2-CH2-; n es igual a 1 o 2; X representa un atomo de hidrogeno, de cloro o de fluor o un grupo metilo o metoxi; Y representa un atomo de hidrogeno o un atomo de cloro o de fluor; R1 representa un grupo ciclohexilo, fenilo, cicloheptilo, butilo terciario, diciclopropilmetilo, biciclo[3.2.1? octanilo, 4-tetrahidropiranilo, 4-tetrahidrotiopiranilo o adamantilo, R2 y R3 forman con el atomo de nitrogeno al cual estan unidos una amina ciclica; y las sales de adicion de esos compuestos con acidos farmaceuticamente aceptables, asi como sus solvatos e hidratos.
