Zusammenfassung:	A method and apparatus for treating an object with ozone by: introducing the object to be treated (F) and ozone into a sealed treatment chamber (3); and applying a negative pressure to said treatment chamber (3) to prevent ozone leaking from said treatment chamber into the atmosphere and to provide an indication of the condition of the seal. The object may be treated according to a Static mode, or a Flow mode. Un metodo y aparato para tratar un objeto con ozono por medio de: la introduccion del objeto que va a ser tratado y el ozono en una camara de tratamiento sellada y aplicando una presion negativa a dicha camara de tratamiento evitar que el ozono se filtre de dicha camara de tratamiento en la atmosfera y proporcionar una indicacion de la condicion del sello. El objeto puede ser tratado de acuerdo con una modalidad Estatica, o una modalidad de Flujo.
