Zusammenfassung:	Wood is electrostatically coated with a thermosetting powder coating system in which a mixture of a self-curing epoxy resin and a catalyst therefore is extruded and a low temperature curing agent are both pulverized and the powders are blended with conventional additives to make a coating powder which is deposited on a wooden substrate and heated to cure. The mixture of resin and catalyst does not cure within the extruder but it is made to cure a low temperatures by the separate addition of the curing agent. A small amount of the low temperature curing agent, insuficientt to casuse substantial curing during extrusion may used in place of the catalyst. La madera se reviste electrostáticamente con un sistema de revestimiento en polvo de termofraguado en el que una mezcla de una resina epoxi de autocurado y un catalizador para la misma se extruye y un agente de curado de baja temperatura están ambos pulverizados y los polvos se mezclan con aditivos convencionales para hacer un polvo de revestimiento que se deposita sobre un substrato de madera y se calienta para curarse. La mezcla de resina y catalizador no se cura dentro del extrusor, sino que se hace curar a temperaturas bajas mediante la adicion separada del agente de curado. Una cantidad pequeña del agente de curado de baja temperatura, insuficiente para ocasionar el curado substancial durante la extrusion puede utilizarse en lugar del catalizador.
