Se describe aquí un producto absorbente para el cuidado personal el cual cuando se insulta primero, tiene un valor de humedad de superficie inicial alto el cual es mantenido por varios minutos pero después, de un periodo de tiempo corto, cae a un valor más bajo. Como un resultado de esto, el producto tiene una sensacion inicial de "mojado" pero rápidamente cambia a una sensacion más seca, para proporcionar más comodidad.
