Zusammenfassung: | The present invention refers to a process for the preparation of a 2,6-di(4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)oxibenzoic acid oxime ester derivative represented by formula (I); wherein R1 represents hydrogen, halogen, cyane, niter, alkyl from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkenyloxy from 2 to 6 carbon atoms; alkylthio from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, amine which can be substituted with alkyl from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, aryl, aryloxy, acyl from 1 to 4 carbon atoms or acyloxy from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, n is an integer from 1 to 5, R2 represents hydrogen, cyane, niter, alkyl from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkoxy from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkylthio from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkoxycarbonyl, alkenyloxycarbonyl from 2 to 4 carbon atoms, alkylaminecarbonyl from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, di(alkyl C1-4) aminocarbonyl, arylmethylaminecarbonyl, heteroarylmethylaminecarbonyl, or phenyl which can be substituted with R1, characterized in that a compound having formula (V); wherein R represents hydrogen or an alkaline metal cation, and R1, R2 and n are as defined before, is reacted with a pyrimidine derivative having formula (VI); wherein Z represents hydrogen, alkylsulfonyl or arylsulfonyl from 1 to 4 carbon atoms.
