Zusammenfassung: | The present invention refers to utilization of a steel alloy for tubes which work for motor vehicle stabilizers manufacturing, it also refers to a stabilizer made from this steel alloy, as well as to a process for stabilizers manufacturing. Coming from mechanical properties established demands, wherein tensile strength must be Rm = 1100 N/mm2, extension limit -0,2 percent Rpo.2 = 900N/mm2, and breaking extension A5 = 6 percent, as well as from the need of an economical stabilizers manufacturing, a steel alloy utilization for tubes utilized in stabilizers manufacturing is suggested, which consists, expressed in percentage by weight, of following components: carbon (C) 0.12 to 0.25 percent; silicon (Si) 0.10 to 0.40 percent; manganese (Mn) 1.30 to 2.0 percent; phosphorous (P) max. 0.025 percent; sulfur (S) max. 0.025 percent; chromium (Cr) 1.60 to 2.50 percent; molybdenum (Mo) 0.40 to 1.00 percent; aluminum (Al) 0.01 to 0.05 percent; balance is iron, including insignificant cast impurities. Suggested starting material fulfills demands with regards to mechanical properties, further characterized in that it has a good conformation capacity and by its viscous behavior. An additional bonus is not necessary, because material is weldable, can be used besides seamless tubes application, for longitudinal seam welded tubes manufacturing which are more suitable for the object of starting material utilization for stabilizers.
La presente invencion se refiere a la utilizacion de una aleacion de acero para tubos que sirven para la fabricacion de estabilizadores para vehículos de motor, también a un estabilizador hecho de esa aleacion de acero así como a un procedimiento para la fabricacion de los estabilizadores. Partiendo de las exigencias establecidas de las propiedades mecánicas, en donde la resistencia a la traccion Rm >_ 1100 N/mm², el límite de extension -0,2% Rpo.2 >_ 900N/mm² y la extension de rotura A5 >_ 6%, así como de la necesidad de una fabricacion economica de estabilizadores, se propone la utilizacion de una aleacion de acero par tubos utilizados en la fabricacion de estabilizadores, que consiste expresados en tanto por ciento en peso de los siguientes componentes: carbono (C) 0.12 a 0.25%; silicio (Si) 0.10 a 0.40%; manganeso (Mn) 1.30 a 2.0%; fosforo (P) máx. 0.025%; azufre (S) máx. 0.025%; cromo (Cr) 1.60 a 2.50%; molibdeno (Mo) 0.40 a 1.00%; aluminio (Al) 0.01 a 0.05%; el resto de hierro incluyendo impurezas de fundido insignificantes.
