Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method and apparatus for solids feeding and reaction gas to a smelting furnace in suspension, apparatus which comprises at least conduits for receiving solids and reaction gas and to further lead them towards a smelting furnace in suspension, and apparatus in which at least most part of reaction gas is fed inside smelting furnace in suspension through a reaction gas channel which surrounds channel for solids feeding. According with invention, in reaction gas channel (3), essentially near its final end over smelting furnace in suspension side, there are found adjustment members installed (8) by which reaction gas flow fed inside smelting furnace in suspension can be adjusted essentially in progressive form. La invencion se relaciona con un método y aparato para la alimentacion de solidos y gas de reaccion a un horno de fundicion en suspension, aparato que comprende, cuando menos, conductos para recibir solidos y gas de reaccion y para conducirles además hacia un horno de fundicion en suspension, y aparato en el cual, cuando menos, la mayor parte del gas de reaccion es alimentado dentro del horno de fundicion en suspension a través de un canal de gas de reaccion que rodea el canal para la alimentacion de solidos. De conformidad con la invencion, en el canal del gas de reaccion (3) se encuentran instalados, esencialmente cerca de su extremo final sobre el costado del horno de fundicion en suspension, miembros de ajuste (8), por medio de los cuales el caudal del gas de reaccion alimentado dentro del horno de fundicion en suspension puede ser ajustado esencialmente en forma progresiva.
