Zusammenfassung: | The machine of the present invention was completely designed and manufactured in our workshop. The complex and inventive step of the present patent, comprises arranging sockets in a guide (metallic solepiece with a channel) which is based on a drilled disk, said disk taking said sockets from an in bulk container and releasing them in said guide by gravity. For the purpose of successfully performing said arrangement operation, some simple additional devices need to be implemented as a mechanism for withdrawing the remaining sockets and additional sockets. In order to attain a socket-wire welding with a high quality control, it is required that the copper wire is full-length straightened, that the cutting thereof is performed in a clean way (burr-free), and that the resulting sections of wire have exactly the same length relative to each other. A clean cut is achieved by using a double edge knife, the wire being disposed between two mobile steel blocks, which exert pressure over the knife. The required high quality control cuttings for the manufacture of terminals is effectively achieved with the aforementioned characteristics.
La máquina realizada y probada, objeto de la presente invencion, se diseño y se fabrico totalmente en nuestro taller. La etapa complicada e ingeniosa que es el objeto del trámite de la respectiva patente, es el del acomodo de los casquillos en una guía (solera metálica con un canal) en base a un disco barrenado, disco que los toma de un bote a granel y los deposita (los libera por gravedad) en la mencionada guía. Para realizar esta operacion de acomodo satisfactoriamente, se requieren implementar algunos accesorios adicionales simples como un mecanismo que retire los casquillos sobrantes y otros. Para realizar el sueldado casquillo-alambre con un alto control de calidad, se requiere que el alambre de cobre esté bien enderezado en toda su longitud, que el corte se haga limpio (sin rebaba) y además, que tengan exactamente la misma longitud. El corte limpio se logro con una cuchilla de doble filo, con el alambre canalizado en dos bloques acerados moviles, los cuales hacen presion sobre la cuchilla. Con las características anteriores, efectivamente se logra el corte que se requiere para fabricar las terminales con un alto control de calidad. |
