LEATHER SOFTENING

Leather is rendered flexible and water repellant by treatment with a low molecular weight, generally monomeric, amphoteric surfactant having at least one surfactant hydrophobe, at least two cationic groups and at least two anionic groups which are carboxylic groups. Se produce piel flexible e impermeable al agua por tratamiento con un surfactante anfotérico generalmente monomérico, de bajo peso molecular que tiene cuando menos un hidrofobo surfactante, al menos dos grupos cationicos y al menos 2 grupos anionicos que son grupos carboxílicos.
