METODO Y SISTEMA PARA COMPLETAR UNA LLAMADA TELEFONICA HECHA POR UN LLAMADOR DESDE UNA RED A UN DESTINO

Se describe un método para completar una llamada telefónica hecha por un llamador desde una red a un destino, la llamada telefónica iniciada desde una primera red y dirigida a una segunda red en la cual los recursos de red se encuentran temporalmente no disponible para enviar y/o conmutar aquella llamada, se completa al (a) estimar el tiempo anticipado antes de que estos recursos se hagan disponibles, (b) ofrecer al llamador la opción de que se le regrese la llamada, en base a aquella estimación, (c) regresar la llamada al llamador cuando se espera que los recursos de red se hagan disponibles, (d) establecer una conexión desde la primera red a la parte llamada en la segunda red, y (e) fusionar las dos llamadas.
