Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a process for separating out and recovering rhodium from reaction products of oxo synthesis, which are obtained using the noble metal without additional complexing agents as catalyst. The separation of the noble metal is carried out using the aqueous solution of an organic phosphine from the reaction product under pressure in the form of a water-soluble rhodiumcarbonyl compound containing the organic phosphine as a ligand.
