Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a compound represented by the formula (I) wherein X is a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom; R is a hydrogen atom or alkyl; R1 is (1) cyclopropyl optionally substituted by to 3 halogen atoms or (2) phenyl optionally substituted by 1 to 3 halogen atoms; R2 is alkyl, alkoxy, haloalkoxy, a halogen atom, cyano, etc.; and R3 is 7-oxo-7,8-dihydro-1,8-naphthyridinyl, 3-pyridyl, etc., or a salt thereof. The compound of the present invention has excellent antimicrobial activity against Clostridium difficile and is useful for the prevention or treatment of intestinal infection such as Clostridium difficile- associated diarrhea. La presente invención proporciona un compuesto representado por la fórmula (I) (ver Fórmula) donde X es un átomo de hidrógeno o un átomo de flúor; R es un átomo de hidrógeno o alquilo; R1 es (1) ciclopropilo sustituido en forma opcional por 1 a 3 átomos de halógeno o (2) fenilo sustituido en forma opcional por 1 a 3 átomos de halógeno; R2 es alquilo, alcoxi, haloalcoxi, un átomo de halógeno, ciano, etc.; y R3 es 7-oxo-7.8-dihidro-1.8-naftiridin ilo, 3-piridilo, etc., o una sal del mismo; el compuesto de la presente invención tiene una actividad antimicrobiana excelente contra Clostridium difficile y es útil para la prevención o tratamiento de infecciones intestinales tales como diarrea asociada a Clostridium difficile.
