La presente invención se refiere a un fluido dieléctrico que comprende una composición de triglicéridos en por ciento en peso basado en el peso de los triglicéridos: A. 10 a 65% de ácidos grasos de C18:1; B. 35 a 90% de al menos uno de ácidos grasos de C14:1 y C16:1; C.
